These terms cover access to the CHARGEWORLD website and account platform for power bank rental stations and related services. Read them before creating an account or placing a rental order. Questions can be sent to legal@chargeworld.tech.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate registration and contact details, keep them up to date and protect your login credentials. Only act for a business if you are authorised to do so. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You must have the legal capacity to enter into the services you request.
Charging stations and rental services
Station images and descriptions help you compare the range. Availability, specifications, pricing and supported services depend on the selected model, location and agreed arrangement. Review the details displayed for your rental or upgrade before confirming. Hardware supply, deployment, branding, software, maintenance and ODM/OEM work are subject to the relevant quotation or service agreement.
Any specific rental or service agreement applies to that transaction alongside these website terms. Homepage descriptions do not themselves confirm an order, reserve a station or promise business results.
Prices, payments and cancellations
Check the currency, amount, payment method and any displayed fees before making a payment. Use the payment instructions supplied for your order and retain the transaction reference. Cancellation, return, refund and warranty arrangements depend on the applicable rental or service agreement and your rights under law. Contact support about a payment or rental issue before sending an additional payment.
Responsible use
Use the website and equipment lawfully and follow the operating instructions supplied with your station. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform, submit false information or misuse another person's data. Do not make misleading claims about CHARGEWORLD services when representing your own business.
Website content and third-party services
CHARGEWORLD branding, images, software and website content may only be reused with permission or as allowed by law. Linked websites and payment providers operate under their own terms and policies. Access to the platform may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.
Account restrictions and responsibility
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect the service or comply with legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Closing or restricting an account does not automatically cancel existing payment or rental obligations.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Any additional responsibilities and remedies for a rental or business project should be set out in its specific agreement.
Privacy, updates and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date, with further notice where required. Changes do not automatically replace the terms of an existing signed service agreement.
